my story
Well, hello!
My name is Rachel and I live in the great city of Minneapolis with my music-loving husband of nearly four years. We met in Glacier National Park (Montana) where I was working in the summer of 2003. Three years later we were married in Glacier in the same ampitheatre where we met! We lead a pretty simple life together, have a lot of fun and never try to take a moment together for granted. We try to make it out to the beautiful mountains of MT a couple of times a year to see family and breathe the fresh air.
I am a pretty low-maintenance kind of girl who tries to live intentionally, loves when the sun shines bright and when I can enjoy a delicious meal with those that I love. As much as I love the mountains of Montana, I love all the adventure that city life offers...maybe that's because I grew up in the suburbs.
I believe there is an innate desire in all of us to create and appreciate beauty since we ourselves are created beings. To be able to have a hand in that for others through graphic design is something quite special to me. My ultimate hope is that I can share a little beauty through birdy blue, whether that be through word or imagery.
